Karen was very helpful fight from the start. She explained the steps in the process of getting our house ready for sale, all the inspections and did a good job of advertising. We had several interested buyers and she helped determine which were the best qualified to close the escrow. Most documents were signed on line and the process was easy and fast. She is very good in what she does. I would use her again.

My wife and I have purchased and sold a home with Karen. Karen is a tireless, detail oriented and honest realtor. Working with Karen was very easy and we felt each time Karen had our best interest at heart. There were some minor boundary issues at one home, Karen did the research and provided several options for us to follow. It was our choice of course, but with info. provided to us by Karens diligent and detailed work, we felt comfortable in making a decision and sold the property in a matter of days from first listing. I would highly recommend using Karen for buying or selling a home. She makes the experience easy and communicates in detail throughout the process. Karen has an immense knowledge base, knows her business, is straight forward and honest and works hard for her clients. Highly recommend!!!

Karen Hubbard helped my husband and I purchase a house in California while we were living in Rhode Island. She was very helpful and I don’t believe we would have been able to make that purchase from so far away without her. The purchase went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new home.

Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the home search, purchase, and later the sales processes. Being that she is an experienced agent and broker, she is an expert in all levels of real estate transactions. She used this expertise to help me with both the purchase, and later the sale of my property, with optimal results both times. I look forward to working with her again in the future, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego and East County areas.

Karen was great in every step along the way of helping my wife and I buy our first home. Couldn't have had a better experience!I was completely apprehensive about the home buying process as this was the first time we purchased a home. Karen was in constant contact with us throughout the process and was incredibly responsive. She accommodated our very busy schedules completely and took the time to educate us about the home buying process. She has handled all of the necessary communication and made sure that we had all of our I's dotted and our T's crossed. We would have been lost without an agent and I am so thankful that I chose to contact Karen. She was also very knowledgeable on the area where we purchased which was very helpful.
I would recommend Karen to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

I think Karen is a very good realtor. She spent a lot of time with me for a property that
is not worth much. It needs a lot of work and she let me know that up front. She would
meet with me on my work schedule. She has a great attitude and is pleasant to work
with. She even had her dad come out to the house to try to trace down my electric

Karen helped me through a complicated purchase of my retirement home. With her help I got the home I wanted. Karen coordinated my negotiation with the lender, appraiser, and was there when the home inspector examined the house. She returned calls promptly and never made unrealistic promises. During the course of the sale, I stumbled upon another property which appeared to more closely be what I wanted. She went after it like a bulldog, and in the end was truthful in her analysis that getting it was a bit of an illusion. So we sat down and decided that the original home, which was ready to close, was the property that I should purchase. She kept after the seller's broker to make promised repairs and eventually had some minor work done out of her own pocket rather than chase around a recalcitrant seller and broker.

Karen is an accept ion real estate professional. For example, a few of the things that make this so is:
- she completely understands the type of property that a client is looking for and won't waste your time looking at properties that are just "filler" info so it appears that she is busy trying to fill your need.
- she's tenacious and will not quit until the task is accomplished.
- sees problems as opportunities.
- understands real estate fom a constructors point of view, therefore her insights are invaluable.
- is patient while working through the proccess of finding the right property.
- doesn't subscribe to the realtor creed of "show three offerings to the buyer, and then ask; which one would like to make an offer on"

Karen Hubbart responded to my email search regarding the purchase of East San Diego County properties. Karen located the property that met my buget and needs.
Karen's service was professional and expedient while handling all the aspects of a foreclosure purchase that insured my best interest. She also worked closely with the bank, escrow and title insurance personal to keep the purchase process moving foreward and on schedule to prevent delays and dificulties. I appreciated Karen's continued commitment and dedication from start to finish. She met with me on several occasions to conduct all the necessary transactions.
Over the years, I have been involved in several real estate dealings and I highly recomend Karen Hubart to other potential clients in need of a full service reator.
