My Qualifications and Experience

I have enjoyed representing Buyer's and Seller's all throughout San Diego County, Riverside County and Orange County for about 24 years.

I am the licensed Broker for "Hubbard Real Estate Services".  I have earned my "GRI" designation, which is advanced training through the Real Estate Institute. I have earned my "SFR", which is special training in handling Short Sales and Foreclosures.  My "e-Pro" designation, which puts me in the top 20% of all agents with my ability and knowledge to successfully market properties on the internet and my "ABR", Accredited Buyers Representative designation.

As a Real Estate Broker, I am a bit unique in my extended knowledge of "How a Property is Developed" and "How a Home is Constructed".  I have "Personally Designed Homes", "Drawn Complete Sets of House Plans", Processed Projects Through the County Building Department" and "Managed the Construction" for a good many custom home projects over the years.

I take my business ethics seriosely, always striving to follow the NAR, "Code of Ethics". I believe in full disclosure at all times, always making sure my Clients are fully informed and protected along the way, aiming to provide them with the information needed to make good decisions regarding the purchase and/or sale of real property.

In all of my time in Real Estate, I have never had a single complaint from or legal issue with anyone I have worked with.  That is a pretty good record for 24 years.  The reason I believe, is GREAT communication between the parties. I believe in FULL DISCLOSURE and COMMUNICATION.  I look forward to the same with you.
